We want you to be happy with PDFClick. If it doesn't do what you need, you shouldn't pay for it.
1. Try before you buy
PDFClick is free for single-file compression. We encourage you to use the Free tier first to confirm it works the way you expect on your files before purchasing Pro.
2. The guarantee
PDFClick Pro is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, we will refund the full amount you paid, no complicated conditions.
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@pdfclick.net from the address you used to buy, and include your order number or the email receipt you received. We'll confirm and process the refund.
4. How refunds are issued
Payments for PDFClick are processed by our authorized payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through that provider. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
5. After a refund
Once a refund is issued, the associated Pro license is deactivated and PDFClick reverts to the Free tier. Please stop using Pro features after a refund.
