Short version: PDFClick compresses your PDFs entirely on your own computer. Your files are never uploaded and we never see them — there is nothing for us to collect.

This policy explains what information PDFClick and this website do and do not handle.

1. Your files stay on your device

PDFClick is a Windows desktop application that compresses PDF files locally, on your machine. It does not upload your documents to any server, it does not send their contents anywhere, and it works with no internet connection. We have no access to the files you compress and we do not store, transmit, or analyze them.

2. The application collects no telemetry from your files

PDFClick does not track the names, contents, or metadata of the documents you process. There is no account to create and no sign-in.

3. Purchasing Pro

When you buy a PDFClick Pro license, the payment is processed by our authorized payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. That provider collects the information required to complete the transaction — such as your name, email address, and billing details — under its own privacy policy. We receive your email address so we can deliver your license key and provide support. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

4. What we store

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

5. This website

The pdfclick.net website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any usage measurement we perform is privacy-friendly and aggregate, and does not identify you personally.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access or delete the limited information we hold about you (your email and license record) at any time by emailing hello@pdfclick.net. For information held by our payment provider, please refer to that provider's privacy policy or contact them directly.

7. Children

PDFClick is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
